Dublin Farmers' Market: September 18th

“Farming is a profession of hope.”

Brian Brett

Do you know how your food is grown?

On Sunday, September 22nd from 3-6pm, visit VanScoy Farms and learn about hydroponics, plasticulture, and how seeding and transplanting are done. Get your hands dirty by digging radishes and sweet potatoes, and then relax with hay rides and learning stations by the Ridgemont FFA.

For more information about Family Farm Day at VanScoy Farms, visit www.vanscoyfarms.com, email them at billnsonie@vanscoyfarms.com, or call 937.363.3205.

And, while you're at the market, Whole Foods Market will be sampling a Seasonal Salad that's perfect for your dinner table! Join them at 4pm for recipe ideas and a delicious sampling of local food.
